Surveys are a great way to get a quick overview of sentiment and whether certain activities are working (or not).
💯 agree that respondents should be able to write comments. This allows for an understanding of why the respondent chose the response they did. It also allows them to feel like their opinions or thoughts matter.Closing the loop is critical not only for those who responded with a negative answer, but to everyone. This could be an email letting respondents know how the company has taken previous action on comments from surveys. People just want to know their responses have been heard and are making a difference.@Steve Bernstein would love to hear your thoughts. 🙂
