    Hello!

    Curious about who you all admire and respect in the customer success space?  In growing my professional network, and continuing to research and learn, I want to make sure I'm not missing out on anyone.  Who would you recommend following on LinkedIn or reading their blogs?

    More specifically, anyone with expertise in scaling CS from startup stage or anyone experienced in providing high touch CS the right way?  These are two areas I want to expand in and would love to know which leaders in these areas to learn more about.

    In the post, I specify some folks who are focused on scaling CS. Regarding those who are focused on high touch - that's kinda everybody, but you would find that in the list of CS thought leaders that I include in the post and in the comments.

    There are also some good books, blogs, and podcasts out there.

    Hi Brittany!

    I have had a session with Rav Dhaliwal and he is amazing! He is considered one of the top Thought Leaders for the CS Industry, talking to him was like having an intellectual conversation with a human encyclopedia for Customer Success haha.

    There are a lot of knowledgable folks in this space!  If I could only pick one, it would be Kristi Faltorusso - hands down.  She is a CS Rockstar!   She has expertise in both scaling CS from startup stage and providing high-touch CS .. the right way.   Seriously - she's incredible!
