    Hi all, 

    I am planning to put together a skills and coaching audit for the team which aims to ask them to rate their own confidence and proficiency within the key areas of the role, to help guide me and others in the business on what type of coaching and training is needed for high confidence/proficiency. 

    Has anyone done something like this with a Success team? Keen to see other examples of questions!
