    Hey GGR community!

I'm currently reading @Nick Mehta's and Alison Picken's "The customer success economy" (highly recommend) and was wondering what other book recommendations the community might have around CS topics?

I believe that the community can be an amazing place to learn from others, so please feel free to share your own book if you have one.

Few that I would recommend, I am sure the community can add far more to the list as well!

    - Farm Don't Hunt by Guy Nirpaz
    - Predictable Revenue by Aaron Ross

The other two Gainsight books - along with "Customer Success Economy" that you mentioned - are my personal favorites.
As I have recently joined a startup company, I have also been enjoying The Startup's Guide to Customer Success.

    Hi @Ido Barnoam,

I really loved The Seven Pillars of Customer Success, but I'm biased of course :-)

I really recommend CS leaders to read Chief Customer Officer 2.0 by Jeanne Bliss because it helps to put the CS teams role into perspective inside a company.  We spend a lot of time focused on the customer (as we should), but sometimes we miss the opportunities to help the customer by embracing the larger organization (especially the post-first sales function we typically live in).  This is a book that can give tremendous insight into how best to run our CS function.
