    Hey community. So a close friend who has a company in edtech located in Charlotte, is looking for a CS leader to join their team (can be remote but preferably someone located in the mid-atlantic portion of the US). They are looking for someone who has experience as a CS manager with the day to day challenges and tactics of the job but also has experience building a CS strategy and vision to understand, visualize and understand accounts and the full client portfolio clearly. So basically that first CS person to take on accounts but also build a vision and eventually a team. Lots of opportunity for growth and have real impact.  Experience in edtech, dealing with higher ed, and LMSs a plus. Entrepreneurial attitude, flexibility, ability to get your hands dirty and great communication skills are a must.
