    Hello everyone. I am sure this awesome group will be able to help me. I recently initiated our team to conduct regular "Customer Conversations" to not only understand and get to know our customers but to also act as a health check on the customer at the same time. These calls aim to answer preset questions, but are also organic in nature and the team is encouraged to keep it conversational and not take the form of a survey. That all being said, we now have some great insights and data, however it's not very organised and it's quite manual to pull the insights together. Can anyone recommend a tool or system they use to collate VoC research and data? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
