@Steve Bernstein & Melinda Gonzalez I posed a question around the ownership of the VOC program, and whether to do it properly it needed a dedicated role.
I have decided to create this role at Cision and wondered if anyone had a job description I could "borrow"? I am thinking the role would be something like Voice of Customer Program Manager.
