MetaCX is thrilled to announce our first-ever virtual event! If you’re responsible for sales, revenue operations, customer success, or all three—listen up! This is THE must-attend event for every B2B leader managing revenue or customers.

Everyone has noticed an explosion of virtual events over the last few months, but The Customer Room is taking a different approach. All sessions are free and registration is completely flexible. No sales pitch. No bad conference food. No unbearable hotel stay in Vegas. The current state of the world has been a catalyst for creating an entirely new event experience.

The event will consist of 10 sessions (featuring 24 speakers) streamed daily from September 21st through the 25th. They will take the form of panel discussions, fireside chats, interviews, and traditional presentations. So register for what you want and forget the rest! Or, better yet, watch sessions on-demand afterwards.

The Purpose

While the importance of customer relationships is lost on no one in business today, many companies still struggle to put the customer first because of hardwired habits and moribund processes. This event is designed to provide inspiration for change for a community of business leaders who face a punctuated moment of fundamental change–economically, socially, and environmentally.  

The Speakers

The Customer Room speakers include industry analysts, thought leaders, venture capitalists, and start-up experts all eager to discuss the future of buyer/supplier relationships. 



The Customer Room will be held from 
September 21st through the 25th with the first session starting at 12:00pm EST and the second starting after a brief musical intermission at 1:00pm EST.
